Bill has more than thirty years of experience in accounting, tax and consulting for privately owned businesses. He has an extensive background in operations, management and mergers and acquisitions. He has supervised and directed auditing services to public and private businesses in the technology and franchise industries. Bill is a founder of a small business political action committee and has been active in supporting legislative matters that influence privately held businesses.

Bill received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland in College Park and a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta.

James Layton, CPA CFE
Jim has more than twenty five years of experience in progressively complex accounting, auditing, litigation support, and academia. He has an extensive background in auditing standards, government contracting, and litigation support services. He has supervised and directed auditing services to privately held businesses in the retail, wholesale, professional services, and construction industries. Jim has served as an expert witness or litigation consultant in numerous cases in federal and state courts on behalf of privately held business and government agencies.

Jim currently is serving on the faculty at Georgetown University where he teaches courses on Sports Economics and Sports Business & Finance. He has also served as an adjunct professor for accounting and auditing on the graduate and undergraduate levels at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Charles (Chic) has more than thirty seven years of experience in the small business world, as a consultant, a controller, and a CPA.

Chic received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.
